The BoundLookupColumn for the DataGrid has been obsoleted and replaced by the LookupField for the GridView.
If you still want to use the MetaBuilders BoundLookupColumn, it is available in an archive release of all the MetaBuilders Webcontrols for asp.net v1.1 at CodePlex.
